March Madness is the annual tournament for men’s and women’s basketball that is currently undergoing with the first round matches of men’s on 16th and 17th March and the women’s matches will be on 17th and 18th March.
There are 68 collegiate teams and single elimination style. The matches will continue in April and it will lead to national champions of the year.
Tournament brackets were out on March 12 live on CBS and ESPN. The last year’s winner of women’s tournament was South Carolina and it went undefeated regularly throughout the season record as well as Stanford, Virginia Tech, and Indiana in earning the top seed.
As you all know, Kansas, Houston, Purdue, and Alabama earned top seed on men’s side.

College Basketball teams can also compete in the NCAA tournament when they qualify for the tournament through winning their college tournaments at the end of regular season and other teams are selected by the committee.
